所謂一夜干,是指鮮魚捕撈上岸,隨即對剖鹽漬
(就像煎魚前抹鹽的那個鹹)

經過一夜陰涼的海風吹成半乾後真空保存,風乾後的魚肉因為濃縮而變的更加鮮美。
(而且料理的時候比較不會油爆!!)

黃魚一夜干產地中國,我們自己工廠生產(HACCP工廠)

外面號稱「馬祖黃魚一夜干」其實大多工廠也是來自於中國,因為中國跟馬祖就是面對面!

我個人真心覺得很好吃每次上菜小朋友都會搶食。
