【三杯虱目魚皮】
材料：蔥薑蒜辣椒、虱目魚皮、九層塔
三杯醬：米酒、醬油膏、冰糖，1:1:1
作法：
1.魚皮擦乾後乾煎一下備用。
2.薑蒜辣椒爆香，下魚皮，加入三杯醬，加入蔥段
3.收汁一下，起鍋前加入九層塔即可上桌。
