【薑絲魚皮湯】




【三杯虱目魚皮】
材料:蔥薑蒜辣椒、虱目魚皮、九層塔
三杯醬:米酒、醬油膏、冰糖,1:1:1
作法:
1.魚皮擦乾後乾煎一下備用。
2.薑蒜辣椒爆香,下魚皮,加入三杯醬,加入蔥段
3.收汁一下,起鍋前加入九層塔即可上桌。
