鋪底的地瓜蒸至軟綿並吸收到粉蒸肉的湯汁～真的很好吃！

做法：

✔️糖、醬油、米酒、蒜頭將肉醃漬30分鐘

✔️沾上市售粉蒸肉粉，底部鋪上地瓜

（或者其他根莖類，芋頭也可）

✔️帶骨雪花豚擺上，大同電鍋約蒸 30鐘。
