鋪底的地瓜蒸至軟綿並吸收到粉蒸肉的湯汁~真的很好吃!
做法:
✔️糖、醬油、米酒、蒜頭將肉醃漬30分鐘
✔️沾上市售粉蒸肉粉,底部鋪上地瓜
(或者其他根莖類,芋頭也可)
✔️帶骨雪花豚擺上,大同電鍋約蒸 30鐘。
