捕撈-->吐沙-->分規格-->真空-->殺菌熟成

低溫殺菌的同時它已經熟成,並且控管在最佳的溫度。海瓜子肉仍然非常飽滿並且與它的殼不離不棄!

真空包裝的海瓜子打開「可直接食用」
低溫熟成後,真空包裝外觀殼沒有打開,剪開超厚環保耐高溫真空袋之後它的殼會自動打開,但是加熱的過程中他還會再開一點點!

所以基本上我們把爆香的材料準備好,快速下去拉拉A就可以上桌了~~~
