✔帆立貝裹上薄薄一層低筋麵粉

✔熱油鍋,第一次先炸熟

✔二次下鍋搶酥逼油且上色

✔乾鍋拌炒辛香料,放入炸好的帆立貝

✔拌炒時灑入胡椒鹽即可
