一盒肉分為上下兩層,中間有透明隔層~   收到不要退冰,需要多少份量或需要分裝,直接用刀背撥開即可。
梅花豬油脂分佈均勻,適合不敢吃太油的人。

料理分享【日式馬鈴薯燉肉】
材料:
梅花豬,馬鈴薯,紅蘿蔔,洋蔥(肉片都適用)
調味:
醬油,味醂,糖,清酒(一咪咪)
做法:
✔️馬鈴薯和紅蘿蔔去皮,滾刀切小塊,洋蔥切粗片
✔️鍋中放一點油,肉片洋蔥炒到半軟
✔️最後放入馬鈴薯和紅蘿蔔,略炒一下,加入水,水量要蓋過材料
✔️加入:水+醬油+味醂1:1:1+一小匙糖,清酒,攪拌均勻
✔️起鍋可放點蔥花配色
