干貝醬之所以搞剛就是在這個撥絲的動作!
撥絲後下去炒,干貝絲才會有香氣~這才是傳統的干貝醬!!

我們干貝醬的油都有爆香過,爆香過的油再下去炒干貝絲,絲絲都有入味💯

些許火腿、小魚乾等是在提味,不是在增量!(放太多魚乾火腿會壓縮了干貝的量)

干貝醬吃起來會有微微辣,就一點點!有花椒的香氣但不會麻~吃起來口味不會偏甜!

#會與冷凍商品合併出貨.故收到後皆放置冷藏保存即可!
