作法:
✔️粉漿~太白粉:地瓜粉:水:1:2:5調好備用(或者使用市售蚵仔煎粉)。
✔️牡蠣先兩面煎一下,加入青菜後放入粉漿
✔️定型後翻面加入雞蛋至熟成,吃的時候加海山醬即可
