真材實料醃製後,並以高山烏龍茶葉、黑砂糖及獨家秘方燻製而成  小批量控制火候,每次只能燻製10-12隻,只為做出完美燻花枝!

新鮮的花枝當然是首要條件, 師傅的用心花枝嘴及周邊都清得乾乾淨淨~

師傅的講究連蒜頭都要自己手剝日曬~他說這樣蒜頭才有香氣! 使用的調味料就是市售的公賣局米酒、金蘭醬油、工研烏醋⋯

醃製、蒸煮、燻熟,時間的拿捏火候的控制就這道菜美味的關鍵!
