【乾燒龍蝦】
作法:
✔️龍蝦身解凍後灑上些米酒,切塊備用
✔️蔥薑蒜爆香後放入甜椒,加入乾燒醬,燉煮約兩分鐘。
#乾燒醬比例 糖、醋、蕃茄醬、酒釀(1:1:1:2)
✔️後加入切塊的龍蝦(約五分鐘)最後勾各薄芡,灑上蔥花即可上桌。








【龍蝦三明治】
材料:
龍蝦尾、馬鈴薯沙拉、生菜、可頌麵包
作法:
1.馬鈴薯沙拉:蒸熟的馬鈴薯+美奶滋+白煮蛋混合備用
2.龍蝦尾退冰後水煮10-15分鐘,泡冰水至冷卻,切片
3.組合,可頌麵包撲上生菜加上馬鈴薯沙拉+切片龍蝦片即可上桌。
